Manage Existing Connection

Connection Details​

When you access the connection details page, you will find information about the connection you have set up. If your connection has the Powers Insight tag, its data will power your reports and insights.

By clicking on the Expected Tables tab, you can view a list of expected tables that will be synced as part of this connection.

Connection Sync Status & History​

The connection status and sync history are available on the connection details screen. The connection status can be one of the following:

  • Active: The connection is actively connected and syncing data every day.
  • Paused: The connection has been set up successfully but is currently in a paused state and not syncing data.
  • Incomplete: The connection is in an incomplete state and will likely need authentication or property updates.

Sync history provides details on whether the connection has been syncing successfully or not. Each sync history entry includes a status and date of sync.

Connection Actions​

You can perform various actions on a connection, including:

  • Pause Connection: Pause the connection if it is actively syncing to stop loading its data.
  • Activate Connection: Activate the connection if it is in a paused state by clicking this option.
  • Delete Connection: Delete the connection from your connection list.
  • Reauthenticate Connection: Prompt to reauthenticate the connected data source with your account.
  • Authentication Link: Copy the authentication link to send it to someone with the right credentials to authorize this connection's data syncing with The Data Refinery.
